I just realized that this Thursday, the day I leave for vacation lol is exactly 1 year to the day I received my license as a real estate agent. I did the math and have sold/closed $22,242,337. (46 transactions) in my first year. Also, I have another $1,407,000 under contract now on the way to closing.
