Open Doors Capital partnered with Pero Real Estate to purchase a 35 unit townhome portfolio in Millcreek, PA in April 2021. The purchase price was $4M.
This is a turnkey portfolio, purchased for strong cash flow. The goal is to implement minor operational improvements and increase rent to current market pricing to provide strong returns to our investors.
