Oakwood Gardens Apartments – Sold (40% Return)

In May 2021, Open Doors Capital partnered with Pero Real Estate and Prospera Ventures to purchase our second deal together, a 42 unit value add apartment complex in Cleveland OH for $2.2M.
With strategic improvements to the units we can increase rents and the business plan estimates a refinance in year 3-4 to return a majority of the capital to our investors.
